- Account and purchase data: name, email, order, purchased product and license status.
- Minimal technical data for activation: domain, plugin version, WordPress/WooCommerce version and activation status.
- Information voluntarily sent for support, such as screenshots, descriptions or URLs related to the case.
How we use the data
We use the data to process purchases, deliver downloads, validate licenses, provide support, prevent abuse and improve product stability.
Payments
Payments are processed by external providers. DeDanix does not store full payment card data.
