When it applies
- Accidental duplicate purchase of the same product.
- Critical reproducible technical issue directly related to the plugin, preventing main features from being used, that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
- Clear difference between what was advertised on the product page and what was delivered.
When it does not apply
- Change of mind after installing, activating or using the product.
- Features not officially announced.
- Conflicts caused by custom code, hosting, themes or third-party plugins outside our control.
- License use outside the purchased plan.
How to request it
Write to dev@dedanix.com within 14 days after purchase. Include purchase email, order number, domain, WordPress/WooCommerce version and a description of the issue.
We will try to help first. If the case applies and we cannot resolve it, we will process the refund through the original payment method when the gateway allows it.
